A No-Touch-Up Photo of the New Blanche 7

I finished Blanche’s customizations tonight. She is bald & waiting for some wigs. Her eye chips were replaced, face sanded and pastel blush and eye shadow applied along with lips painted. Oh yeah, new eye lashes, too!
My tips:- Follow all of the Puchi Collective tutorials.
- Be patient and creative with your tool use. Figure out what you need to do and search around the house for objects that can help you do those things.
- Use a bobby pen to re-attach the eye spring to the head. Attach bobby pen to spring and drop the pen down through the small hole in the back of her head before closing the head up. You may have to widen the spring’s loop in order to attach the spring to the head, as well as push the bobby pen off into the head and move the head around until you can grab the pen out.
- It took me three days to get the head open. There was a ton of glue holding her head together. Soak, soak, soak.

Hi,
Sorry for commenting http://www.jessirae.com/blog/articles/2006/10/24/mephisto here but the post is not opened to comments anymore0,75
Thank you for this feedback I just discovered while browsing the net.
I’m currently one of Typo main developpers (we’re still alive), and I’ve been working hard on the UI. You can check http://typodev.fredericdevillamil.com which is the latest trunk running.
I’ve bookmarked your post, and will try to include some fo the features you ‘ve been asking for in our next and soon to come release (I’ve been thinking about theme editor myself). Save as draft is also planned.
There is now an official typo blog I’ve set up at http://blog.typosphere.org
Cheers, and forgive me for my poor English, as I’m a bloody frog eater.
Cool! Sorry that you had to post here; I’ve had to turn off comments on posts after 30 days. The new typo admin section looks great. I am especially excited to try out the statistics feature. Thank-you for all your work on Typo. :-)
Hey Jessica,
Blanche looks awesome! Those lips and eyechips are amazing!
Yep – As Kristen mentioned on Tory’s blog, those are my friend Megumi’s purses. They’re really awesome. She has some of the best fabrics around.
Can’t wait to see Blanche at the next meet.
Would you happen to have extra extender? I really want to redo Molli’s lips. I’ll trade you some clothes or something for some.
Later! Linda
Hey Jessica,
So I feel retarded… Do comments automatically show up or did I do something wrong on my last comment?
Anyway, I forgot to also ask you if you know a Noah at your Ruby users group. Greg works with a guy that is part of a Ruby group and I figured Atlanta only has one.
OK – Later! Linda
I have plenty of extender and will bring some to the meetup!
Yep, only one atlanta ruby group. I think I know who Noah is. Right now a few of us noobies are working together on a simple rails app if Greg is interested in picking up ruby/rails—although we meet in Dunwoody on the weekends, which might be a bit of drive for Greg.
Awesome! Thanks!!! I’ll bring a little bottle to put some in.
That’d be cool! I’ll let Greg know about the ruby/rails meetup!
You’re going to think I’m crazy… I bought a plane ticket to New York to go to Gina’s Halloween gathering. Would you like to go too?
